· Strategy implementation of deployment digital products (new cars sales):
· Implementation of the strategy and action plan according to the digital strategy of the Company, new digital products (new car sales), digital trends
· Controlling over the strategy implementation process
· Updating of the strategy and action plan, if necessary
· Planning and tracking of the annual digital products budget (new cars sales):
· Planning of annual digital products expenses
· Ensuring all the invoices to be paid on time
· Optimization / reduction of the expenses under the Company's request
· Local development of digital products (new cars sales):
· Translate business requirements into technical solutions
· Managing multiple projects of developing digital products (new cars sales) and solve problems in a cross-functionality environment
· Updating backlog for each sprint and with user-stories
· Make market research, learn competitors soultions
· Сreate product roadmap, specifications and define deliverables
· Managing of developments teams
· Organize product release demos with relevant stakeholders
· Presentation results of the projects and participating in conferences (in English)
· KPI monitoring and improvement digital products (new cars sales):
· Regular analysis of product metrics and its dynamic
· Identification of risks of fallen KPI and making decisions to eliminate them
· Regular research of users needs, market, competitors, future trends to create the best digital products
· Localization and implementation of centrally developed digital products:
· Reviewing of the roll-out plans for new digital products
· Testing of central digital products
· Communication with project team for issues resolution and further improvement of central digital-products
· Setting-up and deployment of digital products on the website

· Higher education in the area of marketing / IT
· Understanding of the key principles of website usability and methods for its improvement
· Understanding of the key principles of search engine optimization (SEO)
· Intermediate technical skills in web technologies (HTML, JS, MySQL, XML, CSS, RESTful API, jSON) with understanding and set tasks for developers
· Understanding of agile projects methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
· Ability to understand Enterprise CMS functions and make minor changes according to requirements
· Knowing notations for specifying business processes (BPMN, UML) — at least basic level
· English — not lower than Upper-intermediate, French — basic knowledge
· Excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to work in a team and independently, proactivity, responsibility, perfectionism
· MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) — confident user
· Content management systems (CMS) — confident user
· Web-analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Yandex.Metrics) — confident user.
· Photoshop — basic knowledge
· 3 years and more in web-development, on the side of the agency or client, preferably as a project manager, product manager or teamlead
· Experience of websites development / support — mandatory
· Experience of IS and web-integration project management
