• Efficiency management: KPI tracking, monthly analysis of results, provision of comments,
analytical notes, efficiency evaluation of Store operations based on KPIs, reports, collaboration
with responsible persons.
• Development of the current controlling activities in all involved areas (analysis of data and
KPIs, forecasting, budgeting, targeting).
• Generation, validation and implementation of new initiatives.
• Maintenance and development of reporting system of department: regular and punctual
preparation of reports, organize, monitor and control data provision, own calculation and
analysis, benchmarking vs. budget, targets and market.
• Cross functional cooperation for regular data gathering, optimization of processes and
efficiency increase throughout.
• Validation of existing reports
• Regular status reporting to company management, international office management.
• Distribution of reports to involved recipients. Preparation of all requested templates.
• Provision of ad-hoc reports on demand from company management, corporate office.
