Requirements:
  • Higher education degree or last year student (economics specialization will be a plus but not a must) with ability to work full-time
  • Experience in HR would be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) to work woth project documentation
  • High PC literacy (MS Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent team player
  • High commitment
  • Willingness to learn constantly
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the projects conducted by the group which consult major Russian and international companies in HR area (i.e. HR and remuneration strategy development, diagnostics of HR / motivation system, job evaluation and base pay structure development, employee attitude surveys, HR due diligence, etc.)
  • Take part in HR benchmarking survey including attraction of participants, data analysis, preparation of marketing materials, etc.
  • Take part in marketing activities including preparation of presentations for conferences, leaflets, brochures
  • Get involved in preparing proposal letters for clients
  • Administrative functions: maintaining client database, filing documents, drafting contracts, following risk management procedures, etc.
